Kelly Lease has been my physical therapist for about a decade and is the main reason I am able to continue playing ice hockey and doing all the others things I love. She has successfully treated debilitating pain in my knees (ITB), lower back, elbows ("tennis" and "golfers" elbow), feet (plantar fasciitis), wrist (sprain), and most recently my shoulder (rotator cuff surgery).

Today, at the age of 56, I'm pain free, stronger, and more limber -- without the aid of painkillers or anti-inflammatory medicines -- thanks to Kelly's successful treatments and the many exercises she taught me to prevent recurrence or new injuries. Kelly is very skilled in her field and has provided quality care with personal attention to detail, and helpful information about improving my condition. She has consistently created effective treatment plans to achieve my patient goals with high outcomes. Kelly has great clinical skills and is able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions based on her depth of knowledge and experience.

Perhaps most importantly, Kelly knows how to motivate her clients to keep up with their exercises. I travel a lot and found it difficult to remember, or to make time and space for, the various aspects of treatment -- regular icing, stretching, and resistance exercises. Kelly never made me feel bad about my failures, but instead worked with me to create "life hacks" that allowed me to build these treatments into my daily routine. A simple bottle of water, for example, could be used as a light weight during meetings to exercise a wrist, or could be stuck in the fridge at the hotel for icing a knee the next morning. I highly recommend Kelly Lease for all your PT needs!

When looking for a physical therapist to improve my diminished mobility and restore my fitness level, I was worried I wouldn’t find someone with the compassion to understand my issues or the competency to correct them. After my first session with Ms. Lease, I knew that I found a physical therapist with both the compassion and competency I sought. Ms. Lease provided immediate and significant relief of my issues through in-session treatment, and offered great coaching for treatment I could administer myself in between sessions. Her demeanor, knowledge and effectiveness is the reason I continue to seek her care.

Kelly was on deck as a Physical Therapist to employees, I was the luckiest person in the world to find her! She read my diagnosis, understood my problem, realized what I was doing wrong at the gym that caused the problem, and worked with me to solve it. She also instructed me on at home exercises, and what to do if I felt another twinge in the hip region. From that therapy on, I never forgot what to do and I rarely have a relapse. Additionally, Kelly is personable, caring, empathetic and very understanding. Her background knows all too well what happens to our mobility after an injury. Kelly is 5 stars all the way. I would always recommend Kelly for any physical therapy sessions needed!

In my case, I experienced an idiopathic frozen shoulder without a documented rotator cuff tear. My orthopedic surgeon referred me for physical therapy and that is how I met Kelly.. Although I found the PT strenuous, the results were remarkable. I not only regained full function in my affected side, but the range of motion became better than the non-affected shoulder!.. I credit Kelly's skill, patience and knowledge with this outstanding result. She is a true professional, who puts you through your paces using a friendly but firm approach. Although I felt pushed, I never felt pain, quite a balance to achieve. On a personal note, Kelly is a warm and friendly individual, immaculate in appearance and totally dedicated to her profession.
